Can you provide your own cleaning supplies?
Yes. We can supply absolutely everything appropriate for the job that is booked. Our home cleaning professionals use only the most suitable products and the best equipment as required, to ensure everything is done properly.
The only time we may not provide products is if a customer has special requests or wants us to use products and cloths that they provide.
For all regular home cleans the customer is expected to provide the necessary equipment, which should include a vacuum cleaner and a mop and bucket.
What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee policy?
Simply out - If you’re unhappy with your clean and feel as though our home cleaning professionals missed anything – email us photos and a written explanation within 48 hours and we will put it right.
Can i trust my cleaning technician?
All team members are CRB/ DBS checked. The cleaning professionals that we send to you are experienced and friendly cleaners – we reject nearly all applicants, only seeking to send you the best people. Staff have a comprehensive induction period. We believe that your trust and security come first therefore we hold your cleaning professionals to the highest standards.We look to work with them and you to build a partnership of trust, respect and professionalism.
How secure is my billing information?
We use an SSL (online security technology) that ensures our website will never be compromised in any way. Any billing information we keep is stored in a secured database that also will not be compromised in any way. Your security is our #1 priority.
Can I request something specific to be done?
Absolutely, please do! We love going above and beyond! Please make a note under the “Comments” section of our booking form. This may be subject to extra cost depending on the request.
Why are you more expensive than other companies?
We are strong believers in doing the right thing. For this reason we pay our cleaning technicians AT LEAST the London Living Wage of £13.85. As a result they can offer the best possible service. Additionally, our service is powered by an app, offering you the most convenient and efficient service possible, meaning, that our offering represents exceptional value for money, all things considered.
Which clean should I choose?
We offer a few different types of cleans to suit your needs:
Regular Clean: Ideal for homes that are cleaned consistently and just need upkeep. This covers the basics like hoovering, dusting, and wiping surfaces.
Extra Mile Clean: A longer session that includes more attention to detail — perfect if your home needs a little more TLC but not a full overhaul. This is our twice-as-long, all-year-round top-to-bottom clean. We get behind the sofa, above the cupboards, and into those often-missed corners. Ideal for seasonal refreshes or post-renovation.
Deep Clean: Recommended for first-time customers, post-tenancy, or when a property hasn’t been cleaned in a while. Includes detailed work like limescale removal, inside cabinets (on request), and more.
Domestic/One-Off Cleans: Perfect for ad-hoc support when life gets busy or you need to impress the in-laws!
How much time should I book for my clean?
All our bookings are priced and scheduled based on a time budget. This allows us to give fair, consistent pricing and manage quality. Here’s a general guide to help you decide:
Room Type (Estimated Time)

This may vary depending on the condition and size of the space. If you have a larger property or haven’t had a professional clean in a while, we may recommend more time or a more thorough clean type like our Extra Mile Clean.
What if the cleaner runs out of time?
All bookings are made with a time budget. If we arrive and find that the cleaning required is more than we can reasonably achieve in the time allocated, you’ll be given two options:
Extend the booking – Agree to additional time and be billed accordingly.
Stick to the time – Accept that the team will do as much as possible within the scheduled time, and the appointment will be considered complete.
